How can I prepare to be a competitive applicant?

Students don't need to have any prior academic or professional coding experience; some of our most successful students have never done any coding prior to applying to the program.

We provide applicants with prep work materials and practice problems as part of the application process. After you apply, you will receive more information about these preparation materials.

For students who are interested in more in-depth, structured preparation for a coding bootcamp, we also offer paid online and in-person Bootcamp Prep classes to increase your chances to get into App Academy or other top-rated bootcamps.
