Has the market for software developers become saturated with large numbers of graduates from coding bootcamps?

Not that we've seen! The Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates almost 200,000 more software developer positions will open between now and 2024.

In addition to more unfilled jobs, we've noticed that the average salary of our graduates has risen over time. When App Academy started placing grads in early 2013, the average SF salary was ~$85k. That number has now risen to ~$105k for 2014 cohorts in SF. We’ve seen similar strength in the NY programming labor market.
