Can I search for a job outside of San Francisco or New York City?

App Academy highly encourages its in-person program graduates to search in one of our a/A cities. By searching in New York and San Francisco, graduates can expect higher salaries than in other locations and take advantage of large alumni networks.

You are welcome to look for a job anywhere and work with your career coach if you believe working in a different city/state is right for you. Please take note that if you take a job outside of SF or NY and you are on the deferred tuition plan and choose to sign the optional alumni engagement, tuition is 31% of your first year's salary instead of 28%.
